We are looking for a senior designer with extensive experience working with digital products. We are looking for a responsible hands-on leader, with the skills and experience to coordinate and direct a design team.
Who you are
- Eager to improve and share your knowledge with the team. Order and organization are paramount to this role.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages and digital products
- Experience working in digital agencies
- An expert in Sketch – Able to define, implement and transmit knowledge about design systems, styleguides, etc.
- Obsessive with the details.
- Deep experience assembling documentation (specs, tasks, etc)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tolos
- Solid knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS
- Interested in the digital world, passionate about design and aesthetics
- Able to clearly convey your thoughts and id
- Experience working with designers, developers and PM’s
- Advanced English speaker
- German is a plus
What you’ll do
- Implement, organize and supervise the design of technical solutions for project-based problems.
- Design digital products. Able to not only coordinate, but also to create
- Coordinate,monitor and expedite project progress
- Plan and assign tasks together with PM’s
- Transmit knowledge and project information to help the team prioritize and solve tasks quickly
- Prepare documentation so that the development team can implement the designs
- Investigate, define and implement design methodologies, systems, styleguides, etc.
- Participate in the identification, recruitment and onboarding of new designers for the team
