Here’s what you should know if you want to be the Creative Director leading BA’s creative services for R/GA’s network offices:


On any given day you might

  • Manage the creative and general direction of BA’s work for R/GA’s network offices around the globe, especially NY
  • Oversee the quality of the craft of BA’s services for network offices, including Products & Services (websites, mobile apps, platforms), Digital Advertising (banners, emails, asset production) and Storytelling (campaign concepting, content creation, campaign takedowns)
  • Proactively build relationships with creative leads in R/GA’s network offices, and ensure BA’s creative services and capabilities match their expectations
  • Serve as the department leader for all BA creative staff that are working with R/GA’s network offices, and ensure the continued growth of the team
  • Manage creative relationship with network offices and work to deepen their knowledge of BA’s creative and marketing services
  • Define the team model and direction for various projects with R/GA’s network, and clearly articulate roles and expectations


The ideal person

  • Is an extremely strong leader, with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, who has experience working globally with distributed teams
  • Has ample experience working with and presenting to clients of all levels
  • Can look at corporate brands from a fresh angle
  • Has a strong knowledge of interaction Design, technology, usability and experience design
  • Has experience overseeing a large portfolio of work for various clients and offices, including intake of new projects, scoping the work, casting the right roles and curating the right team
  • Is comfortable being the single point-of-contact for many concurrent creative projects, and staying connected to creative leads in other offices
  • Is excellent at directing their team, including managing the pace, filtering feedback, and expectation setting to ensure fidelity, file types, etc are aligned with the needs of other offices
  • Is comfortable being accountable for BA’s flawless delivery of creative services for R/GA’s network


You bring

  • 8+ years’ design experience in web, advertising and typography
